The Niche Sheet is policy information for the major lenders in Alberta, all in one location. Access it from your computer or mobile device. We update the information on the policies as provided by the lender. This can save you hours, if not days, by assisting in submitting to the right lender on the first submission and not receiving a decline due to a policy you are not aware of. It can also assist if you use the same 2 or 3 lenders on a regular basis and their policies do not fit your file. The Niche Sheet will let you know if there is another lender, or lenders, that will. There are over 100 Niches to assist you in finding the right lender and that you meet any efficiency ratios a lender might have to obtain bonuses.
